You have to be 18 to shop at Mocklis web shop.
All personal information you state at Mocklis will be treated according to Swedish law about personal particulars PuL. http://www.datainspektionen.se/in-english/
The information will be used by Mocklis for customer administration only. The information will be used in purpose to give you as as customer fulfilling service. Mocklis will not let a third part take part in any personal information.
The membership is free of charge and you may without further notice finish your membership.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
All prices are including Swedish VAT (25%). Customers outside of the EU can make purchases on Mocklis site excluding VAT.
Freight and delivery:
Freight cost within Sweden are 39 SEK. We offer free delivery within Sweden for order exceeding 500 SEK.
To countries in EU the freight cost is 85 SEK and to countries outside EU 120 SEK.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and another one when we have delivered your order.
We will deliver your items within 5-8 days. For countries outside EU the delivery time takes up to two weeks or more.
During vacations and Swedish holidays we deliver within 5-10 days.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Mocklis store are in stock at the time of your order. In case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. If your order is delayed you may cancel your order if you do not accept the new delivery date and your payment will be refunded.
At Mocklis you can pay directly with card, via PayPal or with payment in advance to our bankaccount.
You can pay with VISA or MasterCard.
Returns & exchange:
Mocklis apply a 14 days right of return policy.
Contact us directly if you have received a defect or an incorrect item. The item must be unused, unwashed and in original packing. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs regarding returns.
Expense the item/items with your order-id and a description to our contact adress down below.
Complains has to be approved by Mocklis. When we agree to your complain we replace a damage good preferably with a new merchandise. These items may be returned to us at your own expense with your order-id and description.
